“You, therefore, must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself in the affairs of this life that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.” 2 Timothy 2:3-4, NKJV
“I have called you to be a steward and a soldier to My people. Do not take this lightly. I have resurrected you from many pits of destruction. I have now come to saturate your soul with My divine glory and your life with My divine Providence. This task will implicate many decisions. As I lead you, and as you put your trust in Me, things will fall into place. I have come to give you a life that none else can give you. I have come to give you My perfect peace. I have equipped you as my soldier, and all of the tools you will need are within you. Let My Holy Spirit be your guide. As you consistently read My Word, I will sharpen My sword of knowledge within you. I am your Strength. I am your Shield. I am your exceedingly great reward. You have armor that cannot be destroyed. My Son runs through your veins and no weapon formed against you will prosper. What I have said, I am faithful to complete. Rise in My Name. Stand and allow Me to fight your battles. I love you. I am for you and never against you. Hallelujah!”
Prayer: Oh Father, thank You for this Word from Your heart and for this divine revelation today. I needed it, and I need You more than ever. Yes, You are my Strength and my Shield. You are my exceeding great reward. Help me to be Your soldier and to understand fully what that means. Thank You that You fight for me and You give me the victory through Jesus.
