“So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.” Romans 12:5
Every member in a body is important. The eye can’t say to the ear, “I am more important than you because I am the eye.” Every believer is part of a collective body, the Body of Christ, and when we work together in unity, God is able to accomplish His will in the earth. However, a divisive spirit has entered into homes, churches, and relationships and has wreaked havoc. We must encourage unity. Because we are in the last days, every single person is needed to be on post, in their right seat, and in their lane. A great immobilization is taking place in the spirit, and Jesus is preparing to return to take His people home. We must be unified and doing our part. Now is not the time to isolate ourselves from our brothers and sisters in Christ. We need each other. There are no lone rangers in this day and time. No one person can do it alone. It requires a team effort. We must work together, fight together, pray together, and stand together. One can put a thousand to flight and two can put ten thousand to flight. We need two putting ten thousand to flight in this day. Whoever has offended you or wronged you, forgive them and put the past behind you. This is no time to be divided and fighting. While you’re busy fighting, the enemy is stealing, killing and destroying lives. There is no way he can win in anyone’s life when we are united. The enemy moves when believers are busy fighting and standing at odds with each other. God on the other hand, moves by His Spirit whenever we are on one accord and unified.
Prayer: Father God, You are my God and I praise You. Thank You for Your wisdom. Plant it in my heart and keep it on my mind to encourage unity and not division. I come against every divisive trick of the enemy in my relationships, in my home, and in my church. I pray Your body is unified! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
