Divine Energy

“Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.” Psalms 42:5 (NIV)

Divine energy is not predicated on how much sleep you’ve had or how much food you’ve eaten. It’s divine and it comes from God. His grace can take form and become anything you need. When you need a refreshing, God will give you divine energy. You may can’t get away to a beach resort. You may can’t get away to the cabins. But you can get away with God and let Him fill you with His Spirit and power! In His presence, He refuels you, refills you, refreshes you, revives you, renews your strength and re-fire you. There’s no time to remain discouraged, weary and downcast. You have a job to do! The job of resting in God’s grace as He does the real work in and through you.

Let your faith be activated in God’s glory and receive by faith from His glory the divine energy you need to overcome evil with good and to keep your hands to the plow. He will strengthen you with all might according to His glorious power unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness. He will cause all grace to abound toward you, that you having all sufficiency in all things may abound toward every good work! Receive divine energy to believe, to stand, and to go after everything God has called you to walk in. Receive His energy to lead, to serve and to run the race He has set before you!

Prayer: Father God, I ask that You fill me to the full. I need the kind of refreshing that only comes from You. I refresh others and now I am in need of refreshing myself. Fill my cup, God! Fill me with Your Spirit and Your power. I activate my faith in Your glory and I receive by faith from Your glory divine energy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
