Since having children my husband had been having problems with his ear. Whenever the kids would scream loud while playing, his ear would hurt. While waiting for him to get out of the store, I sat there in the car with the kids. I decided to let them play and scream as loud as they wanted to because I knew once he got in the car that daddy’s ears would hurt and they would have to calm down. This had gone on for years. So when he got in the car, I had told the kids to be quiet because daddy can’t handle the noise. Then the Spirit of God instructed me to lay hands on his ear. I did and prayed for his ear to operate like God created it to. I told Him that a dad should be able to hear his children play and laugh loud. While I was praying, I stuck my finger in his ear and prayed in the Holy Ghost. Well later on that same evening, one of our youngest sons let out this loud squeal. It was a piercing sound and I looked over and noticed that my husband didn’t budge. He didn’t grab his ear in pain like he always does. So I told the kids to scream to the top of their lungs, at which they happily did and my husband didn’t move. He sat there, unaffected by the noise. God healed his ear and it remains to be healed. It’s wonderful because with little children, playing and being loud is a part of their daily lives. You have the power to lay hands on the sick and diseased and watch them recover. God will back you up if you have faith in His healing power! Praise God for giving us His mighty power through Jesus to heal!
“…they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. (Mark 16:18 KJV)
Prayer: Father, I thank You for healing me and giving me the power and authority to minister healing to others. You are my courage, and I thank You for blessing me with courage in ministering to others. In Jesus Name, Amen.
