He’s made you to climb!

“The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds’ feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]!”
Habakkuk 3:19, Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

You may want God to answer your prayer by taking away what’s been making you so afraid. Instead of removing it, He makes you able to face it. He changes you from the inside. He makes your feet like the feet of a deer that can climb mountains effortlessly.

When we fully understand who we are in Christ, we can face what we never thought we could face, and fear is no longer able to paralyze us.

In this day and time, what we don’t conquer will conquer us. We are going to have to be bold. We’re going to have to confront our deepest fears with the truth of God’s Word. We’re going to have to get violent and take by force what God has promised. We’re going to have to trust not in our own ability, but in His. We’re not scared little girls, we’re more than conquerors through Christ Jesus!

Prayer: Father, I am facing challenges that seem too great for me. I find myself standing still in sheer terror. Help me God. I know You are greater than any challenge I face. Reveal to me who I am in You and who You are in me. Help me see myself the way You see me. Help me to trust not in my own ability, but Yours. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
