“Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.” Zechariah 4:6
There’s something special God wants you to know about Him today. He wants you to know that He’s not a weak God. He’s not a weak God. He’s not a weak God. Mentioned three times purposefully for you to get it in your heart that God is alive and is All Powerful. He is not a weakling. Void of strength. His love is powerful! His wisdom is powerful! His grace is powerful! His promises are powerful! And His Spirit is powerful! Demonstrative. Operative. Full of efficacy. No one can box Him in, set borders around or limit His supernatural ability. No one can change His “No” into a “Yes” or change His “Yes” into a “No”. Nor can anyone say with all of their heart, “Maybe I’ll try some other religion. This Christianity thing just doesn’t work.” That’s a lie from the enemy. It does work because God is alive, real and powerful! The Holy Spirit bears witness with your spirit that you are a child of God and that His power is real. And whether He blesses you or not doesn’t change the fact that He is God. Since that’s the case, your attitude must be, “I will not bow to the enemy no matter what! Even if God doesn’t come through for me, like I know He will, I will serve Him and Him only until the day I die.” Trust in God’s power even when it looks like His power has ran out for you. You may say, “God You already did so much for me and I keep failing You.” But hear the Spirit of God saying today, “My power hasn’t run out for you daughter! I will be glorified in your life! What I will do in and through you will be undeniable! My power is ready to be demonstrated for you!”
Prayer: Hallelujah! Father God, You are my God and You are All Powerful, All Knowing, All Sufficient One and Omnipresent. You are God. Forgive me if I’ve limited Your ability and doubted Your love. Show yourself strong in my life. Be glorified in me and help me do, by Your awesome power, what I can’t do in my own strength. In Jesus name, Amen.
