“Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Psalms 37:3-4 (NKJV)
God is more than enough for you. Has He done it for you before? If He has done it before, you can trust Him to do it again, and again, and again, and again for you. You are favored by the Lord, not because of you,……not because of you…… but because of His Son that lives within you. Keep trusting Him. Keep trusting in the finished work of Christ. Keep trusting in His Word that He’s spoken over you. Keep trusting in His immense love for you. Keep trusting in His hand that is upon your life and is going nowhere. The Lord’s thoughts toward you are of peace daughter, not of evil, to give you an expected end, a living hope and a bright future. That is what is on His mind today regarding you. He’s not thinking, “Oh what is she doing?!! She just can’t get it right! Why am I even wasting My time with her!” No, daughter of the King. No! Never think for a second that God is frustrated with you. Never think for one second that your weaknesses are messing up His plans. Faithful is He that has called you. He will do it. Not you. The work He has started in you, He will complete it. That’s a promise from the Lord directly to you. Just receive it by faith. Take your eyes off of man, take your eyes off of that situation, take your eyes off of yourself, and fix your eyes on the Lord. How great He is, how mighty He is, and how glorious He is. Fix your eyes on Jesus. He is faithful and true. You are in a different place now. Don’t take that old way of thinking into this new season of your life. You’re bigger than that! You’re better than that! Keep trusting in the Lord dear and the same God that came through mightily before, will do it again.
Prayer: Oh God! My God. Thank You for speaking directly to my heart. I love you more than anything. Help me Lord to trust You no matter how I feel and no matter how it looks. I trust Your plan, I trust in Your love for me, and I trust in Your promises. I have nothing to go back to. I move forward in You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
