Practice Acknowledging Him

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”  Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV)

There are different points in my life that I have had to make many decisions.  Some are daily or what we think of as minor decisions.  Some are also what I like to call destiny decisions.  These are the decisions that can take your life into two totally different directions such as your career path, city location to establish your family, your church home, or who you marry.  Whether big or small, every decision has an impact.  Your decisions are important right now.  Don’t rush in these times.  Develop a habit of always acknowledging God.  File away God’s wisdom for daily decisions and hearing His voice, and use them as helpers for the major ones.

Through God, there is always a way for daily provision, whether He provides money or favor.  God is here right now to help you with anything you need.  Trust His ability to direct your path with your daily decisions, as well as your destiny decisions and the major turning points in your life.  Trust Him.  With every turn, God is right there waiting for you to acknowledge Him.

Prayer:  Father, Your Word says to acknowledge You because You intend on leading me with my destiny decisions and daily decisions.  You also say in Your Word that Your sheep know your voice and a stranger we will not follow.  I am quiet myself and pray, giving You the opportunity to provide the direction I need.  I practice acknowledging You at every turn.  Thank You in advance and I receive the course and purpose for my life.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
