Strength in Believing

Posted on Posted in devotions

So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement of it, for He Who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word.” Hebrews 10:23 (Amplified)

The greatest lie of the enemy is when he tells a believer that they don’t have what it takes to live a victorious life. They may see others believing and receiving from God and may think something’s wrong with them.  The spirit of discouragement attacks their life because they have forgotten who they are in Christ and what they have in Him. It is through Christ that we can do all things—that includes living by faith. We have the mind of Christ, the love of Christ, the power of Christ, and the faith of Christ. Don’t get duped by the devil into thinking that just because you don’t see anything that nothing’s happening. The moment you set your heart to believe, Christ’s faith within began to go to work. Don’t cancel your prayer by doubting! Stand until you see God do what He promised!

Prayer:  Father, I thank You for who You are and for all You’ve done! I rejoice in You and put my confidence in who I am in Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
